Girl Scout Leaders, 

It is hard to believe that Zink the Zebra, the little spotted zebra, is 15 years old!!!!    On behalf of the over 650,000 children the Zink the Zebra programs have touched, we would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff and volunteers of the Girl Scout Councils throughout the country that have had the vision, concern and understanding to bring the Zink the Zebra programs to their councils, their troops and their girls.

As with all good things that evolve and continue, there is always the need to look at how to keep the heart and soul in place, but also bring in new ideas, new people, keep the programs fresh and inviting and to create new excitement for a proven program.

With this in mind, the Board of Directors of the Zink the Zebra Foundation have spent the last 2 years looking for other organizations that share those qualities.  We are pleased to announce that we have found organizations that fit that bill and wanted to advise the Girl Scouts Councils that effective December 31, 2008, the Zink the Zebra/Girl Scout program will be operated by Regis Marketing Group in New Berlin, WI.

This organization believes in our shared mission and concern for the future of our children and our communities.   The Board of Directors of Zink the Zebra Foundation will still provide oversight for the Zink the Zebra Patch Program for Girl Scouts and Zink Goes to Camp, but you will soon start to see new ideas, new capabilities and more customer service then we could ever provided. 

Again, our sincerest thank you for your support and belief in our programming.  We are pleased to inform you that our most valued employee, Patty McGrew, will transition to Regis Marketing Group and will remain your contact and strongest supporter,
